Where do you deliver to?
Here at It's Fun Time, we obviously cover Bourne and the surrounding villages! We travel as far as Weston and Moulton to the East and Stamford, Tinwell, Ketton etc to the west. We also cover Sleaford, The Deepings and Peterborough to the South and everywhere in between!
Will you deliver to me?
We are more than happy to deliver to any residential house address with a large enough, enclosed, grassy garden. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to caravan sites or communal gardens as our insurance will not allow it.
Do you charge for bouncy castle and inflatable delivery?
We have a free delivery area of an 8 mile radius of our Bourne bouncy castle hire HQ. This covers surrounding villages, Spalding and Bourne itself. There is a small delivery charge to areas outside the 8 mile radius. If you wish to check, simply select one of our products and hit the "check availability" button. You will be prompted to enter your postcode and the system will inform you whether there is a delivery charge for you area.
How can I book?
Our brand new "all singing, all dancing" website will allow you to book bouncy castles and most items online 24 hours a day. If you prefer to speak to us or have any questions before booking, you can always give us a ring on 07592 373310 or 01778 570394 between 9am and 9pm anyday. Can we hire a bouncy castle for use indoors?
Of course, in fact much of our business is indoors in town/village halls. If you are looking for a hall to hire, please check our Indoor Venues page for suggestions. If you are hiring for an indoor event, please just ensure you have checked that the dimensions of the castle you have chosen will fit in the hall you have booked. Normally it is an issue of height. All bouncy castles are different sizes, so please don't assume that because you have seen a castle in your chosen venue before, that every bouncy castle will fit. If you are unsure, please get in touch. We generally know which items will fit in which halls.
Can I hire a bouncy castle for outdoor use?
Yes! We hire outdoors from April to October. Outside of these months it is generally to cold and wet for customers to want outdoor hires. Again, if you are looking at hiring a bouncy castle or party package for a garden party, please just double check that your garden is large enough to accommodate the item you are selecting. You can find the dimensions of all the castles by clicking the "size" tab at the top of the page.
Delivery Policy
We have a range of delivery fees based on your distance from our HQ. If you are outside of our standard delivery radius, please feel free to contact us to check delivery costs and availability.
In some instances, we may be unable to complete our deliveries. This may be due to factors such as illness, van failure, dangerous or hazardous road conditions, or weather that would make your chosen inflatables hazardous. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Please make sure that there is enough space for your chosen inflatables in your preferred party venue. Please also ensure that the intended site of the inflatables and party supplies is accessible and clear or any debris. We will not issue refunds if we arrive at your venue with your chosen inflatables and are unable to deliver them or set them up due to inappropriate sites or inadequate access.
